cosmoThe pleasure product giant which has been Keeping Couples Connected for almost 25 years was featured in the Love Lust & Other Stuff section of the wildly popular magazine in an article called “Why Is Kink So Freaking Sexy?”

The article which serves as a preparation guide for the soon to be BDSM Toy rush associated with the Valentine’s Day release of 50 Shades of Grey talks about the movie, it’s effect on the Adult Novelty Industry and how Kink has become a mainstream staple.

Sportsheets president Julie Stewart is quoted in the article on her thoughts of the books and Cosmo also refers to her as a “Kink Veteran”.

In addition, the spread featured a three page spread of recommended products for beginners, intermediates, and advanced. Sportsheets made the cut in their advanced buyers guide with their Red and Black Stripe Flogger from Sportsheets wildly popular Sex & Mischief line. Referred to by Cosmo as the “Stroke of Genius”, the women’s bible accompanied the flogger with a blurb saying “Give him a hard smack on the butt-or gently run the strands over his bare back like he’s in a delicious human car wash.”

“We are very honored that Cosmopolitan recognized our Sex & Mischief line for what is sure to be one of their most popular issues of the year,” claimed Sportsheets President Julie Stewart. “With the most talked about movie release of the year right around the corner we have already seen a large spike in sales, especially with our new Sexperiments kits so to be mentioned in an article covering Kink in the most popular women’s magazine in the world is huge.”
