Re: ICON BRANDS AND AMAZON.COM REQUEST TO SELL THROUGH STOCK AND CEASE TO REORDER
Dear Amazon Reseller: Thank you for your interest in reselling product(s) from Icon Brands. In an effort to protect the pricing integrity of our products, Icon Brands is in the process of making Amazon a “protected channel,” in which Icon itself will be the onlyauthorized seller of Icon products in the Amazon Marketplace. As such, resale of the above branded products in the Amazon Marketplace, by any entity other than Icon Brands will soon be prohibited.
Icon Brands asks that you or anyone in your organization that has created any listing(s) for the sale of Icon Brands products should delist said product listings as soon as possible. For any merchant fulfilled products please close your listings immediately.
For FBA listings, you can sell down what you have already shipped into FBA but do not restock any additional inventory on these listings.If you are a reseller selling our products in the Amazon Marketplace and are currently holding Icon, please contact inquiries@iconbrands.com and wecan work out a sell-through timeframe.
You needn’t return it to your distributor, and you’ll have ample opportunity to sell it. We certainly have no interest in causing anyone any financial hardship in creating this protected channel.We ask you to confirm in writing within two business days of receipt of this letter that you have either removed any Icon listing(s) on Amazon, or have a plan to do so, with a reasonable date we can agree on.
