How to Set Up your new Wholesale Account
You won’t have access to place orders right away. To get access to place orders please fill out and fax this form to apply for an account please include your username on the form to help us expedite the application process. We can also provide a secure e-mail portal for account set up. Depending on your location, you may also need to complete other forms that you can find here. Please contact us for any information about establishing an account and to talk to a sales expert
Terms and Conditions
ORDERING –Minimum order amount is $150.00
BACKORDERS -Backorders are handled according to your instructions. Please contact your account representative to establish or clarify your preference.
SHIPPING-Our goal is to process & ship all orders within 24-48 hours after they are received (during Monday – Friday). All orders shipped via UPS GROUND unless otherwise requested.
PAYMENT- All orders are shipped C.O.D. Money order or major credit card. If you would like to apply for terms please fill out our credit application and fax it to us. Please allow 7 – 10 days to review your application.
RETURNED CHECKS- There is a $35.00 fee each time a check is returned, which will be added to your next order. A returned check will cause your account to be placed on C.O.D. money order status.
RETURNED GOODS- As we strive to provide the best customer service, we have developed an improved returns process. This will expedite the process as well as ensure proper credits are given for merchandise returned.
- Submit a list of items you wish to return. Include Customer #, item #, quantity and reason for return. (Defective, damaged, shipping error)
- For example – PD250111 x 4 defective
- (Item numbers can be found on the back of most boxes or near the UPC)
- If you have multiple accounts, please make sure customer account # matches the items purchased in order to receive proper credit. Our system verifies whether an item has been purchased by the customer requesting the credit.
- Damaged items due to shipping-you must notify UPS and salesperson immediately of any damaged items. See if box has been re-taped and make a list of damaged items. Please keep the original shipping box and packing materials. You must return these items within 7-10 days of receiving them.
- DVD returns- due to manufacturer return policies; we must receive damaged or defective DVD’s within 20 days of receipt.
- Fax/email the list to your salesperson.
- A response will be sent back of approved items that will be credited. (Items that are older than 90 days or not purchased from Williams Trading will not be credited.) Any unapproved items returned will be destroyed unless you arrange for return shipping.
- RMA # will be issued for the approved items after the list is verified.
- Please put your RMA # on your return box to expedite the process.
- Call tags (UPS) cost will be charged back against the credit issued.
- Please ship your return box via UPS or USPS.
- Once the return is shipped back to Williams and processed, a credit memo will be sent via mail or e-mail.
